2026年3月7日,第十五届世界人居环境可持续发展大会在长沙举办。中国工程院院士、德国工程院院士、瑞典皇家工程院院士、世界人居智库首席科学家、光华龙腾奖金质奖章获得者吴志强正式出任数智环境专委会主席,标志着绿色设计领域向智能化、系统化方向的重要迈进。
On March 7, 2026, the 15th World Habitat Sustainable Development Conference was held in Changsha. Wu Zhiqiang, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the German Academy of Engineering, and the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering, Chief Scientist of the World Habitat Think Tank, and recipient of the Guanghua Dragon Tree Award Gold Medal, officially assumed the role of Chair of the Digital and Intelligent Environment Committee, marking a significant step forward in the intelligent and systematic development of the green design field.

吴志强院士是城乡规划学与工程创新教育学的领军人物,2017年当选中国工程院院士。他长期致力于生态理性城市规划,成果应用于150余项重大城市实践项目,建立了完整的技术标准体系。
Academician Wu Zhiqiang is a leading figure in urban-rural planning and engineering innovation education. He was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2017. He has long been committed to ecologically rational urban planning, with his achievements applied to more than 150 major urban practice projects, and has established a complete technical standard system.
吴志强院士提出"智绿"思想,开创性地将人工智能与绿色建设相结合。他构建城市大数据库,运用AI诊断与推演技术支撑可持续发展战略,这与世界绿色设计组织推动数字化工具赋能绿色转型的目标高度契合。其"形流结合"的智能规划理论,以"大智移云"技术探索城市发展规律,为数智环境下的绿色设计提供了方法论基础。
Academician Wu Zhiqiang put forward the idea of "Intelligent Greenness", pioneering the integration of artificial intelligence and green construction. He has built a big urban database and used AI diagnosis and deduction technologies to support sustainable development strategies, which is highly consistent with the goal of the World Green Design Organization to empower green transformation through digital tools. His intelligent planning theory of "Form-Flow Integration", which explores the laws of urban development with "Big Data, AI, Mobile Internet, Cloud Computing" technologies, provides a methodological foundation for green design in a digital-intelligent environment.

吴志强院士强调"公园城市"与"未来社区"建设,主编《绿色校园评价标准》及系列科普教材,推动绿色理念贯穿基础教育到高等教育。他创新提出"RAR(Reality and Augment Reality)"概念,通过"福元宇宙"等实践实现数字孪生城市愿景,展现了技术赋能下绿色人居的无限可能。
Academician Wu Zhiqiang emphasized the development of "Park City" and "Future Community". He is the chief editor of the Green Campus Assessment Standard and a series of popular science textbooks, promoting the integration of green concepts from basic education to higher education. He innovatively proposed the concept of "RAR (Reality and Augmented Reality)" and realized the vision of digital twin cities through practices such as "Fuyuan Metaverse", demonstrating the infinite possibilities of green human settlements empowered by technology.
吴志强院士将以其国际视野与本土实践经验,推动数智环境专委会成为连接绿色设计、智能科技与人居品质的关键枢纽,助力实现"人与自然融合共生"的可持续发展目标。
With his international vision and local practical experience, Academician Wu Zhiqiang will promote the Special Committee on Digital-Intelligent Environment to become a key hub connecting green design, intelligent technology and living quality, contributing to the sustainable development goal of "integrated symbiosis between man and nature".
